Helen Browne
I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, holding both a Diploma and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Hons.) I am also a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have been in practice for over 10 years. In my therapy work I focus on each client’s inner strengths, working with them to find new ways of managing problems, gaining clearer perspectives and implementing realistic solutions. I work with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, depression and low mood, a sense of low self-worth, and difficulty in coping with life. I have also supported clients experiencing bereavement or challenges relating to marriage, divorce and relationship breakdown, and parenting, including parenting adult children. I welcome all clients to my practice, and will work with them through any difficulties or issues, even if they are not easily defined or categorised.
