By seeking help, you have already taken the first step towards change. As a systemic relational counselor, I am able to work with clients from different backgrounds who may face a variety of challenges. My approach is based on the assumption that to really understand an emotional or personal discomfort, rather than considering the person as a single individual, it is necessary to understand the context in which he is inserted and to study the significant relationships of his life. The goal of my work is to frame things differently, take new paths and consider our constraints and limitations also as resources, broadening our perspective and going beyond our beliefs and convictions. My role is to provide you with a confidential, non-judgmental and accepting space to explore your emotions, difficulties and struggles and express your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the importance of creating a direct and true bond with my customers and building a solid operational alliance, the fundamental key to any future real and lasting change. I deal with growth, therefore with change and essentially with transformations, both in the professional and personal fields. I do this in many ways, using of all the techniques I have learned, the one that is most effective for you on your journey.
